Bottle (233/593) at Pien. Hazy golden with a small head. Tart with oak, apples, mild herbs and some apricot. My second one from this interesting brewery from Lappi. Tasty.

Intensely tart, slightly funky and earthy with some hints of apple juice, floral spicy notes, mild sourness and farmyardy oaky notes. Quite complex

Really sour and tart, medium acidity. Some fruity sweetness, citrus, minerality, green grapes. A bit rough around the edges but tasty, nice.
