Smoke Through It is a unique smoked German lager in the Rauchbock style, brewed with alderwood smoked malt and triticale, and aged in hickory smoked whiskey barrels for one year. There is also a quantity of applewood whiskey barrel aged Brown Porter in this blend.

500ml bottle at the Alehouse. Dark brown pour, spotty cream colored head. Smoky, ashy aroma, campfire. Taste is some sweet dark malts that quickly succumb to the smoky flavors, oak, ashy, woody. Some sweetness reappears at the finish, but the smoke lingers.
