Subway tile. Herringbone. Beige. Skinny Jeans. Cryo Hops. San Serif Fonts. If it’s a trend, we will be there. We don’t want to brag but we were putting beer in cans before it was cool. We had brats on the menu at the Pub until 2019. Trends. We do trends. We do Design Trends.
Design Trends is a year-round, light and trendy West Coast Pale Ale with Vista hops and Columbus Cryo.
Hops: Columbus Cryo, Nelson, Columbus, Vista

Pale, a bit of citrus, a bit of onion. Clean, tasty IPA, as usual from Fort George.

12 oz. can, pours a lightly hazed golden blonde with a medium white head. Nose reveals the tangy hops from the Nelson upfront, along with pine, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is surprisingly bitter and well-hopped for a pale ale, with bright tangy hops, bitter pine, and a crispy biscuity malt underbelly. Beautiful combo of the Nelson and Columbus. Excellent.

12oz can from Boise Co-op. Clear golden pour, paper thin layer of fine foam. Hoppy, resinous aroma. Taste is some nice old school hoppiness, piney, resiny and pretty sticky feel.

12 oz can from a 6 pack picked up at Kroger. 6 pack for under twelve bucks, from a Fort George. They will get me every single time with this. Keep the new ones coming! Gentle cloudiness to an otherwise bright and clean golden pour. Lots of rocky loose foam head. Lots of gritty grain, bready malts, peel bitterness hops, soft citrus. Sessionable feel with a good dose of bitterness. Biting hops, but overall drinks crisp and nice. Really nice unfiltered wwst coast pale.

Can. Pours a clear golden hue with a medium white head. A big sweet citrus nose. Clean, smooth, rich toast and citrus. Really tastes like Citra hops. This is a homerun if you want lower ABV.
