For our 6th birthday, we doubled down on a QIPA. 6 hops in 6 forms. Our selected Mosaic T90, HBC586 Cryo, Strata CGX, NZ Nelson Hopburst, Riwaka Amplifire & Cryopop. She's all that.
Here's to another year of missed anniversaries, good times and glow ups. Cheers!

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 15/02/2025.
Almost clear golden orange topped with a thinnish just off white covering that thins to the edge.
Nose is orange zest, mixed tropical fruits, pine resin, hint of booze, light hop spice, grapefruit.
Taste comprises grapefruit, guava, orange jelly, pine resin, mango, papaya, ripe melon.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy to resinous hop bitterness allied to a balanced rising boost.
Tidy on point TIPA that carries it's 12% well ... have had a few better mind ... the general flavour profile just lacks some depth to it depsite its overall punchy bite.

Can. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, fairly light for the abv, a mild dryness and good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a thin but forward creamy sweetness. Hop spice bites immediately. Cooling pine. Into a fruit cocktail of hops. Nothing really leaps out but there is a good and satisfying smorgasbord of tropical fruits and stone fruits and a touch of candy fruits all in a vaguely vodka like setting. Smooth light finish leaves a hop spicy linger. Good stuff. As QIPAs go, this is a particularly easy drinking one so beware!

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy orange golden pour, one finger fluffy white head. Fruity aroma, tropical first, mango, melon and then some light stone fruit notes. Taste is fruity with a mealy mouth feel, and a hint of the ABV. Lingering warmth. Juicy feel. Very unassuming for a 12% beer.
