2023 Alpha King Challenge Top 21
This WC DIPA is our entry into the prestigious Alpha King Challenge. We layered Mosaic incognito, Mosaic, and Mosaic Cryo along side HBC 586 and some dank Nelson to create a modern fruit forward IPA that still carried some classic dank bitterness.

Poured from 473mL can. Lightly hazed blonde gold with small white head. Nice tangy melon hops with feint dankness. Enjoyable.

Slight haze. This has a bright hop aroma, giving off stone fruits, lychee, mandarin orange. The hop continues bright on the palate, with medium bitterness. Again, that peachy-orangey accent is working for me, especially since the malt is firm and enough to carry the hop. Solid stuff.

16 oz. can, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma bursts with melony hops, lots of tangy white wine-notes, pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour is full of piney hops, plenty of bitter citrus, some tang from the Nelson, and quite a dry biscuity malt. Tangy, piney, and bitter finish. Excellent.

16oz can at Here's How. Orange golden pour, sturdy white head. Aroma is orange peel, pine. Taste adds in some more fruity flavors with that undercurrent of pine staying throughout. Exceptionally smooth.

Can. Pours a clear orange hue with a medium white head. A light fruity nose. Citrus, resin, sweeter more tropical elements, pear. Very smooth.
