Tap. Pours clear hazel, medium off white head, good lacing. Aroma is roasty, caramel, nutty. Flavor is light plus sweet, medium bitter. Medium body.

Draft at the Bayou. Deep amber pour with a thin , soft foamy head. Nutty aroma, woody. Taste is mildly sweet with a lot more nutty and earthy, malty flavors. Smooth.
