Cask (handpump) @ Beer Emporium, 15 King Street, Gloucestershire, BS1 4EF Bristol, England.[ As Bristol Beer Factory Cardinal ].Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, woody. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet mapt, fruity, pale malt, sour notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170807] 6-3-5-3-11

On tap at Beer Emporium Bristol. A clear deep amber beer with a small most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of nutty hops, toasted malt. Taste of toasted malt, mild reddish malt, dry mild bitter finish.
