Taster at the COS taproom. Pours a clear, amber color, with a small, beige head. Aroma of toffee, mild chocolate, pecan, and maple syrup. Sweet and sugary, with a touch of bitterness. Light, slick, and clean. Easy and fair.

16 oz. can from Total Wine in San Antonio, TX. Pours a semi-clear dark orange-bronze color with a yellowish khaki head and good retention. No lacing. Smells like a regular pale lager. Caramel malt flavor, more like a typical Marzen. Slightly acidic finish. Medium body. Low carbonation and no bitterness. Decent yet forgettable.
