Every September brings the Green Rush: the annual influx of brewers and beer lovers to the Yakima Valley to search out the best fresh hops. We've got a front row seat on our family hop farm, and this year, we've again partnered with the legendary Russian River Brewing Company to create a fresh hop IPA that tastes like striking gold - fresh hop gold, that is.

This fresh hop West Coast IPA features freshly picked homegrown Simcoe® hops for vibrant aromas of grapefruit, peach, mango, and resin.

Lean pale malt, bright orange, grapefruit, a bit of pine. The clean malts allow the hops to shine. Medium bitterness. Pretty good.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice subtle dankness to it, piney hops, and soft doughy, bready malt. Flavour is very fresh and clean as hell, with a wonderful mix of doughy malt, piney hops, and dankness. Masterful fresh hop WCIPA here. Everything is how I could hope. Finishes moderately bitter, vibrant and doughy. Excellent.

Draft pour pint at Elliott Bay Pizza. Clean and bright golden pour, plenty of cream foam head. Ultimate piney hop aroma. Very inviting. Crisp front with a smooth tasting transition. Grassy and piney hops, cool and very fresh feel. Bitterness seems to creep back on the palate. Mildly aggressive piney bitter hops. Solid collab from very trusted IPA makers here. Love this.

4oz pour at the Ballard location. Pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma is doughy, herbal, fresh grass; some bandaids. Flavour has doughy fresh hops, pine, and lots of farmhouse dryness [not really sure what I meant by that]. Quite nice.
