Alehouse Chelmsfaaarhd. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Softish palate,. modest fine carbonation. Mildly sweet malts. Hops bring a light spice, ripe citrus and juicy orange peel. Light dry finish. Could be in better shape but it’s decent and drinkable. 3.4

Bottle. Very light haze on this amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is smooth with reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, light thin malt cream. Decent cooling pine hops with well integrated and mellow fresh orange. Trace of lemon. Whisper of candy fruits and esters. Smooth finish. Pretty smooth and drinkable and better than it was on cask.

Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol, 7/6/2016. Deep gold and brilliantly clear, with a decent, white, head. Aroma of tangerine and pineapple fruit, with some grassy hops. Flavour had more fruits, balancing and biscuity malts before a dryish finish, with a hint of pine. Very good.
