Draught @ Craft-Beer Pop-up Festival, Flensburg. Pours clear tea amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of rum, with notes of malt and caramel, and touches of yeast. Dry flavour with an oily texture and notes of rum, barrel, and yeast. Sour and barrellike aftertaste with estery touches. Very low carbonation. Warming alcohol presence. Why is it sour? Off?

Draught, 8.8% at 1. Flensburger Craft Bier Festival. Distinct rum aroma. Rum, and not just rum barrel. Hazy brown colour. Small white head. The flavour is citric and sweetish with vanilla and rum notes. Very citric finish, almost lemony. 535312
