Deze lichtrode Farmhouse Ale is verrijkt met een flinke dosis pruimenpuree & Ruby Port. Ondanks al die zoetigheid blijft hij mooi in balans door een passende bitterheid van Engelse hoppen. De gist zorgt voor nét dat beetje kruidigheid en pit in het bier.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Bottle, 7%. Acidic aroma, perhaps raisin. Hazy chestnut colour. Small creamy off-white head. The flavour is fruity and acidic with a little raisin/plum note to it. Much lighter mouthfeel and flavour than I had imagined, but good.
