Draught at Skaal, Sønderborg. Farty blackcurrant aroma. Cloudy dark red colour. No head. The flavour is earthy and salty. Mild cabbage/vegetable note. Ok citric background. Sort of balanced.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours cloudy strawberry red with airy pinkish head. Clear aroma of berries, malt, and wild yeast. Dry, vinous flavour with notes of blackberries and malt. Dry and rough aftertaste. Reasonable.

Draft. An unclear red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of black currant, beet root, yoghurt, and funk. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, blackberries, beet root, yoghurt, and funk, leading to a tart finish.
