Can 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque brown with a reddish hue and a dissipating, beige head. Clean, roasty nose. Medium body, roasty, chocolatey with some slight roasty bitterness. Super attenuated, hence DRY. I could've hoped for a little more sweetness. Carbonation to the low side. 040724

Draught, 7.1% at the brewpub. Distinct sweet liquorice aroma. Almost black colour, seems hazy. Small light brown head. The flavour is roasted with a bit of paper and a good salty liquorice note. A little fruit and bread in the finish, but quite clean anyway.
