Cask at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden. Aroma has fruit and light spice. Clear golden brown. Frothy foamy white head. Fruity with a bitter wood and rye edge. Spicy. Underlying malts. The itterness amps up the more I drink. Light-medium bodied..Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Slipped down. A bitter Red, like scouse father-in-law.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 22nd December 2023. Deep reddish copper with shallow foam and full lacing. Malty aroma. Leafy hops and biscuit malt in-mouth, and a finish of leafy hoppiness, mild spices and sweet caramel malt. Light body and a smooth mouthfeel.
