Tap at Brewdog Tower Hill. An opaque black brown coloured pour with a reluctant fine light tan head. Aroma is semi sweet, brown sugars, vanilla cream, soft hazelnut praline, Nutella. Flavour is composed of semi sweet nutty sweet malts, brown sugars, milk chocolate, praline. Npalate is sweet and a bit cloying, lowish carbonation.

Tap at BrewDog Tower Hill 29/11/2024 Sweet dark malty with lots of chocolate and caramelised sweet malty notes in play, lightly burned sugar and vanilla notes, medium body and silky creamy mouthfeel, dark sweet malty finish. Nice pastry offering.

Keg at BrewDoge Tower Hill, 08/11/24. Black topped with a khaki head. Nose is caramel, dark malts, roasted tones, cocoa powder. Taste comprises chocolate, caramel, sweet malts, mellow roast, charr. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay stout if a little on the sweet side and not exactly screaming 'creme brulee'!

Keg at brewdog cowgate. Pours black, nose is liquorice, toffee, roasted, taste is bitter, ashes, chocolate, roasty. Not sure where the creme brulee is!

Keg at BD Tower Hill. Aroma is rich and chocolatey. Burnt sugar perhaps. Dark and glossy. Thick tan heads sticks to the rim. Creme brulee? More pig chcolate pudding. Cacao. Light berry edge. Thick. Oily. Average carbonation. Long slightly astringent finish. Nice but not what it says on the tin.
