Everyone loves a little mince from time to time. A lil swish of the hip, a slight sweet sashay, a certain somethin' in your strut like a spring day in Paris. Wrists resolutely limp, eyebrows aflutter.
Inspired by a few of our friends' West Coast-ish pales, this is a medium-bitterness, well-rounded pale ale with a balanced palate and great hop character. Hopped with Riwaka and Nugget, it's reminiscent of famed American pale ales, and boasts aromas of white grape, gooseberry, pine, and citrus on a juicy malt base.

Keg at Cassidy's, Alton. Aroma is fruity, slightly citrusy, with a resinous edge and spice. Clear copper gold. Thick foamy white head. Resinous. Spicy. Peripheral fruitiness. Underlying doughiness. Light. Thin to slick. Long dry astringent finish. Easy drinking West Coast stuff. More xLimp Wristx than limp wrist.

[August 2024] Very slightly hazy gold with a bubbly white head and light malt and a touch of citrus on the nose. A little kick up front, zesty and fresh with citrus bitterness and a dry finish
