All the chateaux in one beer! We took our Herge's Belgian Blonde, and aged it in a Chateau Margaux white wine barrel.
Blonde, beautiful, notes of delicate white wine. Ooh lala!

Bottle from me sub. Aroma us doughy, malty. A vinous edge. Clear gold. Thick foamy white head. Initial vinous sourness. Woody. Underlying malts. A hint of sugariness Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. The beer, typically for barrel aging, has taken on the facets of the barrel. Pleasant.
