A beer to celebrate Craft Beer Garden Festival 2024!
In collaboration with Floc brewing & sponsored by Yakima Chief Hops. We wanted to go big on the citrusy offerings from Yakima to make a super summery NEIPA. Vista, Amarillo, the experimental hop HBC1019 and Idaho7 Dynaboost giving us the summer meadow vibes, reminiscent of a Kentish garden, the home of Floc.

Draught@Zinc Craftbar, Vasa. Hazy yellow colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is tropical fruits, citrus, some mild biscuity and oaty tones to it. Flavour is tropical fruit juice with some slight resin and mild oaty and some earthy tones too. Citrusy and somewhat dry finish, but very low on bitterness.

Can ordered from Indiebeer, Holloway. Aroma combines tropical fruit with herbs and citrus. Hazy pineapple gold. Flavourwise this is chock full of fruit juice. Citrus and vinous/herbal sourness. Develops a syrupy streak into the finish. Medium bodied. Creamy. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish.

440ml can. Murky yellow, white head. Aroma of peaches, orange, grapefruit. Taste is very juicy, tropical and citrusy, orange, grapefruit, peach, passionfruit, mango, subtle coconut too(?), low bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. Excellent.

(Keg at Craft Beer Garden 2024 Friday session) The beer poured yellow and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grapefruit, apricot and mango. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tart fruits, grapefruit, apricot, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, tart and bitter. Pleasant.
