Introducing our 5.8% Single Hop Strata IPA in collaboration with our Oxford pals Tap Social. This beer really showcases how good this hop really is. A big old blend of tropical fruits and plenty of dank resinous notes makes for that lovely IPA drinking. Radiating a golden hue and crowned with a frothy head, it offers a balanced bitterness that gives way to a smooth, crisp finish. Big flavour and big aromas it’s an all round winner!

Keg at Craft Beer Junction. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, whisper of grain, nothing serious. Light but crisp pine. Light citrus, bright but somewhat mild in the intensity department. Modest peel bitterness and a little hop spice on the crisp finish. Tidy.
