Traditionally made with oak-smoked wheat malt, The Fellowship chose birch-wood instead.
This beer is unique! Very dry, thirst-quenching, balanced old-world hop bitterness, and a smoke that adds a layer of complexity; and if left for a few months it should develop a champagne sparkle!

Bottle from me subscription. Smokey with a sour edge. Cloudy pale orange. Mahoosive fluffy foamy white head. Tart. Dry. Citrus and vinous. Smoke. Herbs. Light. Thin if slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Dry and smokey.
