We took Steam Machine's Saison Classique 2024, foraged a load of meadowsweet, and let it do its thing.
Saison Classique 2024 has delicate notes of hay, herbal bitterness, and is crisp and refreshing, but with Belgian complexity.
The meadowsweet adds a mixed bag of flavours, including vanilla, tonka bean, fresh grass, and a note of aspirin!

Bottle from me subscription. Aroma combines a sharp bitterness with floral and fruity notes. Opaque gold. Thin foamy white head. Flavour is citrusy, vinous with a sweet nutty and vanilla edge. Sherbet. Light. Thin to slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation is kinda lazy, relaxed. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Juicy stuff.
