Tallinn has given us a lot. Here's where we grew up in terms of beer. Before the arrival of the IPA we had the Belgians and the German wheat beers. It's time to give something back. This is for Tallinn, a city where German beer culture and wheat have always been first class citizens.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Wheat and spice aroma with light bubblegum. Wheat and spice flavor with light banana. Medium bodied. Wheat and spice linger.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Draught@TCBW2024. Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is wheat, some fruity tones with mild bananas, clove and yeasty tones too. Flavour is pretty similar, with the wheat and bananaish tones going together really nice. Very good, especially considering the rather low abv.

Keg at Hop & Hen aka Mikkeller Viru. Aroma is clove led, with underlying citrus and light banana. Hazy-opaque gold. Thin foamy translucent white head. Light sour. Citrus and cloves. Underlying banana hints and yeast. Light. Thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Not the best Hefe.
