Aroma is sour and sherbert with a floral edge. Opaque gold. Foamy translucent white head soon almost entirely disappears. Medium sour. Citrusy. Piney edge smooths off the sourness to some extent. Juicy. Cider. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Sour but smooth.
