First Beer from this beer club Steam Machine are running. Aroma is yeasty, earthy. Sweet doughy streak then appears. Cloudy gold. Thick foamy white head. Medium bitter. Crisp. Citrus. Herbal. Peripheral sweetness. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Crisp chewy lager.
