Chefs Kiss is a "must have" and is like no other. Not only does it have a nice chocolate finish but it also has a coffee undertone with a creamy mouthfeel... What more could you want from your Stout.
These are done in small batches and are best enjoyed by the fire in the Winter months.
HOPS: East Kent Goldings
MALTS: Marris Otter, Rolled Barley, Rolled Oats, Roasted Barley, Chocolate Wheat
YEAST: London Ale
MISC: Cacao Nibs

Can ordered from Tap Door on-line. Aroma combines creamy chocolate and malts with a sour berry streak. Dark. Opaque. Thick foamy beige head, with impressive lacing. Tangy coffee berry sourness. Creamy sweetness. A hint of bitterness. But the chocolate is not evident. Medium bodied. Creamy. Average carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. Nice enough.
