Draft at the brewery. Poured a hazy golden colour with an everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is Belgian yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, somewhat rich, yeasty, dry, herbal, palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Keg at Brazenor's taproom, High Wycombe, 26/10/24. Hazed orange topped with a lasting off white head. Nose is yeast esters, dusty green berries, lemon rind, herb, light funk. Taste comprises straw, Belgo yeast presence, light white peppery spice, green berry must, herb, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid flavoursome saison.

Keg at the brewery. Lightly hazed yellow colour with a lasting thick white head. A big floral hit overlays a honey base, with a growing grape stickiness coming through (apparently Nelson Sauvin is the main hop used). There's a kick of black pepper and a mild dusty bitterness in the finish, but the lovely fresh florals persist. Loving the flowers in this! An excellent if atypical saison; I thoroughly enjoyed this.
