Can. Hazy orange gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, a good crisp minerally carbonation. Light malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Interesting hop bill. Sabro and HBC431. If memory serves, HBC431 was around long before Sabro (HBC438) and yet, still no commercial name. Crisp cooling pine into light and juicy Sabro ripe pineapple and light creamy coconut and here, well backed up by HBC431, that for me, fits in well with Idaho 7 and Bru 1. I mean broad spectrum bright citrus and tropical fruits. Some nibbly hop spice on the back end. Yeah, bright, light and properly hoppy. Pretty much 90% or what you want from a dipa.

Can ordered from the brewery. Aroma had juicy fruit with a creamy coconut element. Hazy light orange. Foamy translucent white head shrinks but still provides full coverage. Light-medium bitter. Light citrus sugary sweetness. The Savro provides some creamy coconut but it's unintrusive - which for me is a plus. A resinous streak, more obvious into the finish. Medium bodied. Slick verging on creamy. Pithy. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Hmmm. A Sabro hopped beer that I really enjoyed (although I suspect a root through my ratings would unearth others, but right now the tone is that this would not be the case). Hits the spot.
