From tap at German Kraft, Elephant & Castle, 10.04.25. Pale mahogany amber. Off-white head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of medium roasted malt and dark caramel. Appropriately balanced with moderate bitterness. Good drinkability. Perhaps a slight hint of vinegar in aroma

Keg at Mercato Metripolitano, Elephant, 29/11/24. Chestnut brown topped with a lasting beige cap. Nose is fruit slice, brown breads, straw, grains. Taste comprises raisins, toffee, malt forward, herb, straw, biscuit, stewed fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent for the style.

Keg at German Kraft Dalston. No brewed here sign. Aroma is sweet and malty.... very low key. Cloudy-opaque dark brown. Foamy light beige head. Initial dark berry sourness followed by a bitter wave of coffee and burnt caramel with underlying malts. Develops a sweet fruity sugary streak. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long finish, a tad dry, a tad astringent. Nice enough. Enjoyed it more until the sweetness came through.
