Clear gold orange cider, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: apple juice, a bit floral, some caramel, a little yeasty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: dry, spicy, some tannins, apple skin, floral touch. Aftertaste: spicy, pretty dry, earthy, tannins, apple skin, soft acidic, apples, nice one, dry finish, love it!
