Table beer with elderflowers and spruce tips.
Born during our annual elderflower picking session, Yugen is a raw table beer, inspired by traditional Berliner Weisse and fermented on the wild elderflowers. it was then blended with a small portion of Grisette infused with spruce tips foraged right next to the elderflower. It is a dry, delicate beer, wonderfully floral, that will be perfect for an early apéritif or a picnic in the grass !

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy very pale golden, white head. Aroma: Tart, floral. Taste: Tart, fruity lime, subtle floral and sprice notes. Funky hints. Just below medium body, which is ok for his style. Average carbonation. A lot of flavor to explore for such a low alcoholic beer. Long lasting dry-ish finish. Nice refreshing summer beer.
