Bottle. Color: Clear pale golden, thin white head. Aroma: A lot of farmyard and stable like funk. Taste: Again very funky, some white wine, subtle fruity grape, apple and citrus notes, malty with hints of old hop. Moderate tart. Just below medium body, just below average carbonation. Dry mouthfeel. Nice.
