Flaska från Etre Gourmet. Disig bärnstensfärgad vätska med ett stort fluffigt skum. Typisk Fantomedoft med lite funkigt stall och lätt syrlig och fruktig. Smaken är först sötsyrlig med jordgubbssylt och syrligare färska jordgubbar. Sedan kommer en rejäl chilihetta som även är riktigt pepprig. Kul och fantomskt. Gott? Ja men hett.

Bottle. Rarebeer rating 5000... Color: Hazy amber, large frothy white head. Aroma: Malty, fruity, spicy. Taste: Mix of fruity strawberry and spicy cayenne pepper. Malty base. Some subtle sour lemon-like notes hopping on and off, trying to soften the spicyness, which only partially succeeds. Long lasting, mostly peppery finish. Medium body, just below average carbonation.
