Tasting at CBJ, thanks to LKS. A light haze on this pinky yellow beer. Small pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, a little dry, good fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Light malts. Good black pepper spice offset by light strawberry. Little tart fruits. More black pepper spice on the back end. Long peppery linger. Good fun.

Quick gusher. Quite fun stuff. The pepper dried things out, mainly in the finish and throat. Mellow yeast expression. A little bread crust. There is some peppery heat but it’s manageable. Fun novelty. Decent balance, all things considered.

75cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. Donkergouden kleur, witte kraag. Aardbei en gist in de geur, licht kruidig, smaak is behoorlijk peperig, aardbei, licht moutig, droog, iets funky, flink bitter. Lichte body. Straf brouwsel.

Lots going on here, cayenne builds over time, slightly tannic, strawberry and green herbal notes

Yeasty, spicy and funky with some cayenne peppers, ice tea with hints of strawberry jam, some tartness and earthiness. A bit weird.
