Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Light apricot and light acetic aroma with light sourness. Apricot and light sour flavor with light wine backing. Medium bodied. Apricot and ight sourness linger.

Bottle from Stori. Drinking this one om a very sunny terrace of our holiday home in Harlech, Wales. Color: Clear reddish orange, fast disappearing off-white head. Aroma: Vinuous, fruity, funky. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, very vinuous. Fruity red grape and hints of apricot. Rural and lightly leathery funk, oak wood. Subtle spicy Saison notes. Medium body, very low carbonation. Could have had a little more carbonation in my opinion. Beside to that it's very nice.
