Can at home in London - pours unclear orange-gold with a billowing, frothy white head. The nose holds crackery malts, light dried caramel, earth, old citrus, pine, caramel. Light to medium sweet flavour with more caramel, crackers, faint oily pine, old orange, grains, bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more grainy malts, ripe citrus, faded pine, caramel and crackery notes. Overall, not very good. Maybe not at its freshest, but I don’t even detect the shell of a good beer here.
