Vintage 2023. straw yellow clear, very small white head. smells strong apple notes, tannins, light minerals. nice to very nice smell. full body, bubbly carbonation. tastes apples, bubbly, earthy, minerals, very subtle sweetness. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of apples, minerals and some tannins. nice stuff, well made

Bottle, thanks to Wout V. Color: Clear golden, thin white head. A lot of tiny carbonation bubbles coming up in the glass. Aroma: Strong horse stable / horse manure funk, apple, oak. Taste: Smooth sweetish and tart apple, apple skin, oak wood, quite a lot of tannins and horse manure funk. Hints of leather. Light fruity bitterness. Dry mouthfeel, very dry finish. I love this kind of Cider...
