Starting on the base of our Grodziskie, this is a blend of oak smoked wheat ale, containing 60% of fresh beer, and 40% of Islay BA beer (4th pass).
It then macerated on 300 g/L of Sauvignon Blanc, handpicked on the same day by Olivier Bellanger of Domaine de la Piffaudière (Loire).
It is dry and delicately smoky and sour, with a fruity finish centered on the Sauvignon.

Bottle, directly from brewery. Color: Very pale golden, white head. Aroma: Mix of fruit (grape) and peat / smoke. Taste: Blend of fruity grape and citrus fruit, Islay peat, smoke and wheat malt. Moderate tart, very light bitterness. Just below medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice!
