This new collaboration with our friends from Tempérance (Auvergne) is a variation on the Grisettes we like so much. It was brewed with a lot of wheat, French hops, and fermented directly on cider lees from No Control, for a dry, funky and fruity result.

Bottle, directly from Le Soupir. Color: Very pale golden, thin white head. Aroma: Apple skin, wood, Saison yeast. Taste: Mix of hop, wheat malt, some funk, wood, apple skin, hints of Saison yeast, light spicy hints. Some minerals, Long lasting dry hoppy and fruity finish. Under medium body, just below average carbonation. Light to moderate sweet, very light tartness and bitterness. Moderate to over moderate bitterness at finish, A lot of flavours to explore, especially for a quite low alcohol beer. Another well brewed Le Soupir special.
