Lots of red wine barrel, and some intensity from a portion of Pineaux barrel saison. I quite like this sipper. Depth and lasting vinous tang.

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy golden, no head. Aroma: Vinuous, grapes. Taste: subtle funky. Taste: Over moderate to medium tart, wine vinegar, grapes, grapeskin, rural funk notes. Hints of spicy Saison. Medium body, almost no carbonation. Typical La Calavera... Love it or hate it.
