Blik thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een pikzwart bier met een volle bruine schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van gebrande mout, koffie, rook en vanille. De smaak is vol gebrande mout, koffie, chocolade en wat rook.

Opaque colour, small steady brownish head and lace. Loads of coffee in the nose, touch of vanilla. Medium-bodied. Roasted, coffee domination. Some vanilla too. Coffee kicker.

Can. Color: Black, brown head. Aroma: Coffee, coffeebeans. Taste: A lot of espresso, some roasted malt, subtle of vanilla. Full body, below average carbonation. Smooth, creamy and very dense mouthfeel. Over moderate sweet and bitter. Boozy hints. Only subtle differenced from Vat '33 Baksteen. Long lasting dry-ish coffee finish. Very nice Imperial Stout.
