This beer is a blend of two different base Gerstes. After blending, the beer has macerated on a very rich amount of Wengi raspberries. The total fruit intensity is about 416 grams of raspberries per liter.

Bottle from 2023 HenkeBier release. Color: Purplish red, fast disappearing pinkish purple head. Aroma: Tart and fruity raspberry. Funky hints. Taste: Very fruity raspberry. Citrus / lemon hints. Some red wine. Moderate to over moderate tart and light to moderate sweet. Subtle funky and wood notes. Just over medium, quite dense, body. Below average carbonation. Slightly foamy mouthfeel. Very nice.
