Bottle. Color: Hazy yellow-ish golden, fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Funky, barnyard, sweet and sour apple. Barnyard and horse stable funk, moderate sweet and sour apple, apple skin, wood. Quite a lot of tannins. Dry mouthfeel. Medium body, below average carbonation. Nice wild Cider.
