Hoppy golden ale with primary fermentation taking place in steel with English ale yeast and matured in used champagne barrels, with our wild yeast culture for a year, after which it is dry hopped for freshness. Crisp, dry and sparkling with intense aroma of citrus, passion fruit and freshly cut grass. Effervescent mouth feel with biscuit-like malt and tart, fruity flavor.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some yeasty and mild tartness with some sourish wood too. Flavour is sour wood, some citrus, grass, floral notes with mild acidic tones. Grassy and floral hops along with some wooden sourness in the finish.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of Belgian-like brett, flowers and hops, with spicy touches. Dry, vinous flavour with bretty and citric notes, and touches of hops. Spicy and dusty aftertaste with bretty notes. Decent.

Bottle, 5% no. 161 of 483. Nice tart and woody acidity in the nose. Almost clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is citric to begin with, followed by a little sweetness with a good vanilla touch and finally by a distinct woody and acetic finish.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, hops, spices, and wood. The flavor is sweet with notes lemons, malt, hops, and straw, leading to a dry finish. The mouthfeel is sparkling.

Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense Spring Sipper, 2019. Hazy golden with a big white head. Very inviting and complex fruity and floral aroma with white wine and a touch of oak. Dry, fruity flavour with wooden and slightly grassy notes. Quite bitter finish.

Bottle 750ml. @ home.[ As Penyllan Genevieve 2015 ].Clear medium golden yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate grapefruit, oak, barrel, oak, apple, green apple, citrus, passion fruit, light funky - farmyard. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a long duration, green apple, oak, grapefruit, passion fruit, citric, barrel, light funk - farmyard. 75 cl bottle, 222/483. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange. White head. Aroma is wineous, light wooden and grapes fruity. Mild estery to phenolic. Lingering fruity. Crisp fruity. Wineous and lingering fruity finish.

Bottle 71/483. Pours Hazy Golden with a small White head. Big funk and Wood. Champagne slash White Wine. Very vinous and Complex. Dry and Smooth with a note of barnyard and a dry hoppy finish. Jolly Pumpkin and Hill Farmstead level. Boom!
