0,33 l bottle from Bij Thijs, Vlagtwedde. Cloudy orange copper in the glass, small short living head. Malty orange fruity aroma, some yeast and caramel. Taste starts malty, also fruity, alcohlic bitterness, some spices. Not really an IPA, more some Belgian stuff ... Rough.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy and malty, spicy notes, floral. Taste: Hoppy and malty, some lemon zest and orange zest. Spicy and floral. Some yeasty notes too. Subtle fruity, strong spicy / zesty bitterness at the dry finish. Just over medium body, above average carbonation. Lightly alcoholic. Moderate to over moderate, slightly sticky sweetness. Is this realy an Imperial IPA? Not my kind of beer.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque orangey golden with an off-white head. Spicy, yeasty and slightly phenollic nose. Solid malty body, again spicy with Belgian yeast esters and a solid bitterness. Very much a Belgian style DIPA - if a DIPA at all! 081222

Flesje (1 kaar over datum) gedeeld met Tomhendriksen. Amberkleurig licht troebel bier met mooie schuimkraag. Aroma is zeep-achtig. Smaak is zoet en hoppig. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

Fles met Inoven gedeeld, helaas heb ik um een jaar te lang bewaard. Het is een troebel oranje geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van zeep en fruit. De smaak is moutig en zacht kruidig.

Fles 33cl thuis. Flinke schuimkraag, goed bitter, maltig, kruidig, zoeten, wat yeasty, perzik, mandarijn, fruitig, volle smaak, licht boozy. (15-5-2022).
