This was first poured and wonderfully received at IMBC 2022 and is a beautifully soft, dank double IPA brewed with Simcoe, Mosaic Cryo and Strata.

We are constantly evolving our processes here at Floc. towers and for this DIPA we've adapted our water profile, hopping regime and malt bill in our never ending quest for the perfect DIPA.

Can at home, 22nd December 22., pours a light hazy orange. Aroma is mango and citrus. Taste is sweet citrus, tropical fruits, mangoes, fortunately some bitterness in the finish, in what is a pretty overwhelming sweet DIPA

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5

Can. Color: Very hazy orange, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, sweetish tropical fruit (mango, passion fruit). Taste: Hoppy with smooth wheat malt background. Sweet tropical fruit like mango, overripe pineapple, passion fruit and overripe tangerine. Moderate to over moderate sweet, light bitterness. Just over medium body, average carbonation. On the sweet side for me but nice overall.
