Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy redish amber, off-white head. Aroma: Herbal, floral, dates, malt. Taste: Fruity dates and figs, well balanced herbal notes of anise and coriander, floral notes, hints of rose petals. Moderate to over moderate sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, just under average cabonation. Dry finish. Indeed oriëntal feelings, although I doubt about historical references. There's a nice story about beer in ancient Egypt and the inspirations for this beer on the website of De Leckere. Ok overall.

Ok beer. Maybe 30th percentile. A bit muddled and homebrew-like. Looks nice amd clear though. Tastes like ancient brewing practice. Zilt ams
