On tap at the brewpub/restaurant Saturday 24th December 2022. Pours dark amber with a white head, soft moutheel, sweetness immediately, caramel and toffee, abv not Initially noticeable. Okay but bettered by many.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home. [ As Adam-Bräu Weihnachts-Bock ].Clear medium red amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, rich malt, malty, smoke - meat notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, rich malt, caramel, medium dry, light smoke - meat - sweet meat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190212] 6-4-7-3-14

50cl swing top bottle. A almost clear deep amber beer with a mid-sized good lasting beige head. Aroma of moderate sweet and strong caramelsh malt. Taste of caramel, modrate strong reddish malt, raisins. Good!
