Fläschla: Deep golden, cloudy, thick creamy head, mild to moderate lemony nose with piney spots; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied and a bit tart; slightly lingering lemony-piney finish. Refreshing, no doubt, but not very well rounded...

Bottle. Cloudy amber, golden cream. Grassy, light pineapple hop aromatics, a hint greens. Medium light body, sparkly. Straw, some DMS, grass, tropics. Light clayish straw aftertaste.

0.33 l bottle from ’Holy Craft Beer Store’, best before March 2018. Clear, golden yellow with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, fruity-grassy aroma of pineapple, lemon and some grass. Just slightly sweetish, moderately bitter, grassy, moderately fruity, dry and even a bit watery taste of straw, lemon and some pineapple, followed by a medium long, dry, moderately bitter and slightly grassy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent, a bit too watery.
