Bottle. Gusher. Color: Hazy red/orange/pink, pink head. Aroma: Funky, fruity, grapes, wood. Taste: Fruity red fruit, red grapes, barnyard wild yeast funk, wood and tannins. Medium body, average carbonation. Quite fizzy and foamy for this kind of beer. Moderate tart, light sweetness. Reminds me somehow of handcrafted strawberry / raspberry ice cream. Nice one, although I have the idea that the flavours are less evident than they could be because of the fizzy and foamy character.
